This is a contract between you and Pop3.potatoboy.com.

We will refer to Pop3.potatoboy.com as 'we', 'us' or 'our''. We will refer to Network as 'VoIP Telephone Network', 'Email Network', 'Storage Network', 'Web Network', 'Advertising Network'.

You are an individual person, must be at least 18 years old. The facts you give us must be complete and correct. This contract covers your use of our Network, and includes any other related services, software, machines, support, content and other media, updates or upgrades.

This contract limits our liability and we do not provide Warranties of Any Kind. The contract also limits your remedies.

Spam Is Prohibited
You will not use our Network to transmit, either directly or indirectly, or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail, network attacks, or harassing phone calls.

No 911 or 411 Service
This service does not provide access to 911, E911 or any other emergency service, and does not provide 411 directory assistance. It is an additional calling service that rides on the telephone line, mobile phone or internet connection you already have. To reach emergency services, always dial 911 directly from your telephone line or mobile phone, never through this service. A limit, suspension or empty balance on your account never affects your ability to dial 911 from your own phone.

Fraud and Abuse Protection
We monitor calling patterns automatically to protect our customers and our network against fraud, stolen account credentials, and illegal automated calling. As a telephone service provider we are also required by law to take reasonable steps to keep our network from being used to place illegal calls.

If usage on an account matches a pattern we associate with abuse — for example, calls to an unusually large number of different destinations within a short period, or calls that step through a block of consecutive telephone numbers — we may temporarily limit or suspend calling on that account. A temporary suspension normally lasts 30 minutes and then lifts by itself. If the pattern repeats, the suspension may be longer, and in cases of serious or repeated abuse we may disable the account.

Ordinary use does not trigger these limits. Repeat calls to the same number are not limited, and numbers already saved in your account are not counted. If you believe your service was limited in error, contact us and we will review it. We will tell you why the limit was applied. If we suspend or disable an account in error, we will restore it.

Your Prepaid Balance
The unused balance on your account remains yours. A temporary limit or suspension under the section above does not reduce, forfeit or expire your balance, and calling resumes with the same balance when the suspension lifts. If we disable or cancel an account, the remaining balance is still yours: you may request a refund of the unused balance, less any amounts you actually owe us, by contacting us. We handle unclaimed balances as required by applicable law.

You Are Responsible For Your Account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for keeping confidential any password for your account. You must tell us right away about anyone using your account without your consent, or any security breach that relates to our Network.

Materials You Post or Send
You may be able to submit materials for use in connection with our Network. We do not claim ownership of the materials you post or otherwise provided to us. However, by posting or otherwise providing your submission, you are granting to the public permission to use, copy, distribute, display, and modify your submission, each in connection with our Network, and to publish your name in connection with your submission. You also give the public permission to grant this permission to other persons. This section only applies for legal content, and to the extent that use and publishing of such legal content does not breach the law.

NO WARRANTY
We provide our Network "as-is," and "as available." We give no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Change of this Contract
If we change this contract, we will notify you of the change by online posting. We may also use other ways that we believe will reach you. If you do not agree to such changes, then you must cancel and stop using our Network and/ore Services before the changes are in force. If you do not stop using our Network and/or Services, then your use  will continue under the changed contract.

YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
If you are dissatisfied with the service, or if we limit, suspend, disable or cancel your account, your exclusive remedy is a refund of the unused balance on your account, less any amounts you actually owe us. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental damages.

Your Service Cancellation
We may cancel your access to our Network at any time. Our cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. Any data you have stored on our Network may not be retrieved later. We may cancel or suspend your access to our Network for extended period inactivity, which is solely defined and determined by us.
